Tehsla d.o.o. is a business (provider) that develops online and mobile applications and is also the owner of the website https://www.tehsla.eu/. A user is a person who fills out the application form on the website https://www.tehsla.eu/

The provider undertakes to commercially protect all data obtained during its business cooperation through the contact form. The provider undertakes not to forward the obtained data to third parties, except with the express written permission of the person who entered the data. The provider undertakes to handle the obtained data in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection (GDPR and ZVOP-2)

The provider informs the client about changes to the general terms and conditions, and if the client does not object within 15 days of the announcement of the changes, he is considered to have agreed to the changes.
